Carte blanche to the student association "Je Science donc Je Suis"This year's event will feature a Climate Fresco workshop and a debate on global warming and sustainable development.
This year, the IPCC published the first part of its 6th assessment report. Written by 234 scientists from 66 different countries on the basis of more than 14,000 scientific studies, how can we understand these figures and information that are beyond our understanding? How can we create and glimpse hope where the results seem to overwhelm us?
This event first invites you to participate collectively in the elaboration of the climate mural based on the IPCC information, using five sets of forty cards provided during the workshop.
Once the fresco has been created, it will be time for debate and discussion to better understand the challenges of global climate change, with members of the Colibris movement. The latter are looking for solutions and taking action on a daily basis to create a more ecological and united way of life. Their conviction: act locally. What convictions, ideas or solutions will have emerged in your mind after reading all this information? You will be invited to share them and who knows... to invent tomorrow.
