The aim of the festival :
Inspire you and take action to make an impact on your professional project.
The day is organised around 3 main areas:
1. Entrepreneurs' Village: +80 young entrepreneurs present their innovations to act for the ecological transition and social justice.
2. Engagement Forum: Looking for a job with impact? Wondering about CivicService? Looking for a mentor? Come and discover dozens of associations and schemes to get involved.
3. Conferences: Entrepreneurship, politics, media, large groups... What are the best levers at our disposal to change things?

A programme designed to inspire young people and help them change the world!
- A 6-month mentoring programme for young people aged 16-25 who want to get involved but don't know where to start (volunteering, impact jobs, social enterprise creation).
Having a mentor is like having Master Yoda, Mary Poppins or Gandalf by your side. An experienced person to help, support and discuss your future plans.
- Commitment to a cause
The mentor helps the young person to identify what drives them and to reveal their power to act
- Find a fulfilling job
The mentor helps the young person to define his or her professional project and to develop a network in the world of impact
- Setting up your own company
The mentor accompanies the young person in his or her creation project and supports them in their first steps as a social entrepreneur
- Generation Impact is also more than 100 civic service volunteers who work throughout France to raise awareness of the social and solidarity economy among young people.
- Meetings with committed and passionate actors to get inspired and give the desire to take action for the ecological and social transition
700,000 retirements and the same number of jobs to be filled in the SSE by 2025
