Yannick ROUDAUT

Speaker, author, former economic and financial journalist, Yannick Roudaut questions the sustainability of our economic model.

Yannick Roudaut is an "intellectual decompartmentalizer". A specialist in financial markets for 15 years (journalist at BFM, Bloomberg TV, Le Figaro, Le Journal des Finances, Investir, etc.), he took an intellectual and professional turn in the midst of the 2007 subprime crisis. Aware of the "unsustainability" of our world, he decided to devote his energy to the search for a sustainable economic model. Today, as a speaker, author and entrepreneur, Yannick creates bridges between the world of finance, NGOs, economics, ecology, philosophy and social/societal issues.

He travels throughout France, Europe and sometimes the world to raise awareness among citizens, students and business leaders of the need to consider the future from an economic-ecological-social perspective. In 2011, his reflections were presented to the Economic, Social and Environmental Council as part of a study on "The Competitiveness of France" at the request of the Prime Minister.

His Tedx has been viewed nearly 420,000 times in France and almost as many times on the American Ted Global website.

He is the author of " The New Controversy " published in 2013, " Zero Pollution " published in 2016 and " When the Unlikely Arises, Another Future Comes into Play" in October 2020.

Expert APM, Germe, columnist for the newspaper Le Monde, Yannick Roudaut co-manages the firm Alternité.
